Verify Product Condition
Ensure the skin has not been peeled from its backing or applied to a device, as we can only accept returns on items in brand-new, resaleable condition.
Package and Ship
Place the item back in its original protective sleeve and envelope to prevent creasing during transit, then mail it to our returns department.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
